Shared trips, private car — long journeys without the heavy price tag

In Mui Ne we met travellers every day struggling with the journey to Saigon, Da Lat or Nha Trang. Some took sleeper buses, heading to the station early and waiting for seats to fill. Families who hired a private car for the long haul were often surprised by a total that added up kilometre by kilometre, plus surcharges.

At the same time we noticed a paradox: plenty of cars drive those same routes every day, and many come back with empty seats. The fuel is still burned and the driver's time still spent — just without passengers.

That gap is where our idea of "xe tiện chuyến" — making the most of trips already on the road — was born. We schedule travellers onto cars that are already making their route. Cars don't run empty, drivers earn more, and you get a private car — door-to-door, never shared, no detours — at an all-inclusive price far below hiring a long-distance car by the kilometre.

From our first Mui Ne – Saigon trips, Minh Hy Travel now runs routes to Da Lat, Nha Trang, Vung Tau and the Mekong Delta, with vehicles from 4 to 45 seats, multi-day car charters and private-car tours. What hasn't changed is how we work: one all-inclusive price, agreed before you go, and a driver who arrives on time as if picking up family.
